Refund Policy

This policy explains return, refund, replacement, and cancellation rules for KaspaBazaars customers and vendors.

1. Overview

KaspaBazaars aims to provide a fair and transparent refund process. Refund eligibility depends on product type, seller approval, item condition, return window, and reason for refund.


2. Eligible Refund Cases

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing item in package
  • Product not delivered after confirmed payment
  • Order cancelled before dispatch
  • Product approved for return after review

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Used, damaged, or altered products after delivery
  • Products without original packaging, tags, or invoice
  • Personal care, hygiene, health care, or consumable products where return is restricted
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Late refund requests after the allowed return period

4. Return Request Process

Customers must raise a return or refund request through their account, order details page, or by contacting support with order ID, product details, images, and reason for refund.


5. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors must verify refund claims fairly and respond within the required support timeline. If the issue is due to incorrect product, poor packaging, damaged shipment, or wrong listing, the vendor may be responsible for replacement or refund approval.


6. Refund Approval

Refunds are processed only after inspection, seller confirmation, courier update, or admin approval. KaspaBazaars reserves the right to reject false or incomplete refund claims.


7. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days. Actual credit time may depend on bank, payment gateway, or wallet provider.


8. Refund Method

Refunds are usually issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, wallet, or another approved method.


9. Cancellation Refund

If an order is cancelled before dispatch and payment has already been made, refund will be initiated after cancellation approval.
