KaspaBazaars aims to provide a fair and transparent refund process. Refund eligibility depends on product type, seller approval, item condition, return window, and reason for refund.
Customers must raise a return or refund request through their account, order details page, or by contacting support with order ID, product details, images, and reason for refund.
Vendors must verify refund claims fairly and respond within the required support timeline. If the issue is due to incorrect product, poor packaging, damaged shipment, or wrong listing, the vendor may be responsible for replacement or refund approval.
Refunds are processed only after inspection, seller confirmation, courier update, or admin approval. KaspaBazaars reserves the right to reject false or incomplete refund claims.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days. Actual credit time may depend on bank, payment gateway, or wallet provider.
Refunds are usually issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, wallet, or another approved method.
If an order is cancelled before dispatch and payment has already been made, refund will be initiated after cancellation approval.
